Please print this form, fill in the following information, and send it to the Domain Assurance Council (DAC) with payment for a one-year corporate membership, based on the categories described on the Council Membership page.

We will accept purchase orders and send you an invoice, but a company will not be considered a member until the payment is received. You can include a check with your membership form, or see our Forms of Payment page for other options.

Each DAC member has at least two representatives: one primarily marketing, the other primarily technical. Please be sure to fill in the information for both contacts.

The Domain Assurance Council Membership Principles are as follows:

To implement and use DKIM and Council technologies in the member's products and services insofar as is technically feasible.
To encourage the member's customers and suppliers to implement and use DKIM and Council technologies.
To work collegially with other Council members on Council activities.

The joining company agrees to follow these principles as long as we are members of the Domain Assurance Council.
